Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3329), the persons released from punishment with probation shall take mandatory courses of correction of social behaviour aimed at correction of a convict, safety of the society and successful socio-psychological and economic well-being of a convict in future.
The criminal-executive inspection of the State Criminal-Executive Service shall organize and monitor correction programs intended for the persons released from punishment with probation, and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall ratify the list, essence and procedure of implementation of such programs.
